Honestly? I don't know. Up to now, there's only been one shadow, so you'd think the pattern would hold, but maybe something changed.
I'm not really sure which is the worse option, anyway... The shadows at least don't run the same risks as refraction in the prism. It won't keep going, but... it's hard for me to imagine actually wanting to kill someone of your own free will, even if it's for someone else's sake.
...I don't think so, no. And - I kind of worry that I'm playing into exactly what this place wants if I start suspecting other people without being sure? But... That doesn't mean I don't wish I knew for sure what happened.
...Well, at least there's that. You can try talking to them, at least? Tensions are always high in trials, but maybe outside of it, it won't be so bad.
