Could be! We do have some really normal people around here, but I dunno - after the fancy closet, I thought we'd keep getting weird places like that instead.

But hey, who knows? Maybe we're lucky and someone brought their dog to work today.

Do people typically bring their pets to work where you come from, or is that another phrase....

Do you think everything I say is a phrase...? It's actually a thing! Sometimes people just bring their dogs to work!

So their coworkers can get to know them! I mean, sometimes it's because they don't want to leave them home alone or something like that, but mostly they just want to share their beloved pets with everyone else. It's pretty cute, when you think about it like that!

But won't that get in the way of their work...?

I think that just depends on everyone there? It's not like the dog is going to be running around wanting to play all day, you know? It'll chill sooner or later and they can do whatever.

But... People are allowed to take breaks when it does want to play?

Yep! And with so many people in an office, they can take turns. So it's not like it's just one person losing time!

That's a very lenient way to treat a worker...

It depends on the place, I think? But I think offices like that, the ones that allow people to bring in their dogs, are pretty okay with whatever as long as their work still gets done.

I guess it would be if you're not used to it! But it's pretty nice, right? It means work doesn't have to be all work!
